*: Tienen la consideración de asimilados los socios de aquellas asociaciones con las que AES mantiene un convenio en vigor, así como los socios de aquellas sociedades integradas en SESPAS. Tanto unos como otros deberán justificar su pertenencia a la asociación en cuestión mediante el envío a la secretaría técnica de las Jornadas (jornada@aes.es) de una copia escaneada de algún documento acreditativo de su condición de socio/a (certificación, recibo, etc.).

El precio de inscripción incluye: asistencia a las sesiones, documentación, cafés, almuerzos de trabajo, recepción de bienvenida y cena de las jornadas.

Forma de pago

• Pago on-line mediante la página web de las jornadas.

• Transferencia bancaria a AES, cc 0081-0105-11-0001444048, indicando la referencia AES 2013 y el nombre del participante. Debe enviarse una copia de la transferencia bancaria a la Secretaría Técnica.

• Cheque a nombre de la Asociación de Economía de la Salud.

Política de cancelación de inscripciones

Si en algún momento posterior a la formalización de la inscripción se solicitase su cancelación, habida cuenta los problemas que esto ocasiona a la organización de las Jornadas, AES retendría una parte del importe de la misma, que variará según la fecha en que se solicite cancelarla. En concreto, si ésta se solicitase:

• Antes del 18 de mayo inclusive, se retendrá el 25% del importe, reintegrándose el resto una vez finalizadas las Jornadas.

• Entre el 19 de mayo y el 12 de junio ambos inclusive, se retendrá el 50% del importe, reintegrándose el resto una vez finalizadas las Jornadas.

• Después del 12 de junio, se retendrá el 100% del importe.

Excepciones

Excepcionalmente, y previa justificación por parte de los interesados de haber concurrido un problema personal grave, la Junta Directiva podrá eximir a aquellos de la retención correspondiente, ya obedezca a la inscripción, a la reserva del alojamiento, o a ambas, devolviéndoseles el importe íntegro satisfecho.

*: Members of any association with which the AES holds a valid agreement are considered associates, as are members of any association that belongs to the Spanish Society for Public Health and Health Administration (SESPAS). All such associates must justify their membership in the association in question by sending a scanned copy of a document proving their membership (certificate, invoice, etc.) to the Conference Technical Secretariat (jornada@aes.es).

The registration fee includes: session attendance, documentation, coffee, working lunches, welcome reception and conference dinner.

Payment Method

• Online payment through the conference website.

• Bank transfer to AES, Account No. 0081-0105-11-0001444048, stating AES 2013 and the participant's name as reference. A copy of the bank transfer receipt must be sent to the Technical Secretariat.

• Cheque made out to the Asociación de Economía de la Salud.

Registration Cancellation Policy

If a request is made to cancel a registration after it has been confirmed, given the problems this creates for the Conference organisers, AES will retain part of the registration fee. The amount retained will vary according to the date on which the cancellation is requested. Specifically, if the cancellation is requested:

• Before 18 May (inclusive), 25% of the fee will be withheld and the remainder refunded once the conference has ended.

• Between 19 May and 12 June (both inclusive), 50% of the fee will be withheld and the remainder refunded once the conference has ended.

• After 12 June, 100% of the fee will be withheld.

Exceptions

In exceptional cases, and after the parties concerned have demonstrated the occurrence of a serious personal matter, the Board of Directors may exempt them from the corresponding withholding arising from either the registration, accommodation booking or both, with the full amount paid being refunded.
