Rosa Urbanos

Professor of Applied Economics at the Complutense University of Madrid. She served as Director of the National Health System Observatory (2003–2004), advisor in the Office of the Minister of Health (2004–2007), and Director General for Regional Cooperation at the Ministry of Public Administrations (2007–2008). She was also a member of the Planning and Coordination Team for the Evaluation of the Performance of the National Health System in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. She has served as secretary of the Spanish Health Economics Association and president of the Spanish Society of Public Health and Health Administration (SESPAS).
