Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Alcalá de Henares and a Master’s Degree in Health Economics from the University of York. She began her professional career in the private sector, changing her career path in 2011 when she started working at the HTA agency of the Carlos III Health Institute where she took her first steps in EUnetHTA. She worked at the European Medicines Agency and joined the AEMPS in 2016. In 2021, she moved to her current position as head of the international affairs division of the AEMPS.
