Félix Lobo

Emeritus Professor at Carlos III University of Madrid (Economics Department), where he was Professor of Applied Economics for 26 years. He co-directs the Master’s Degree in health Evaluation and Market Access (Pharmacoeconomics). He spent ten years of his public service career in the Spanish Ministry of Health as Director General of Pharmacy and Health Products (1982-1988) and as President of the Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (2005-2008).
