Carlos Martín Saborido

PhD in Biomedical Research from the European University of Madrid, Master’s Degree in health law from the European University of Madrid, Master’s Degree in Health Economics and Pharmacoeconomics from the Pompeu Fabra University and Master’s Degree in Health Administration from the Spanish National School of Health, Carlos III Health Institute.

He was Public Health Economist at the Joint Research Centre (European Commission). Between 2015 and 2018 he was Director of the Health Technology Assessment Unit (Faculty of Health Sciences) at Francisco de Vitoria University. He also has extensive experience as a university professor in different subjects related to health technology assessment and modelling.
