Presentation standards.

PRESENTATION STANDARDS FOR COMMUNICATIONS AND POSTERS

» COMMUNICATIONS

Presentation time: 15 minutes

Remember that sessions can be in English or Spanish. Sessions in English are identified in the programme with the language icon.

In order to respect the session timetable, speakers and authors are advised to load your work onto the computer in the room where you will give your presentation at least 30 minutes before your session is due to start. The computers will be equipped with the Windows 7 operating system and Microsoft Office 2010. It is not possible to revise presentations on this computer. The organisation has set up a computer room for this purpose.

» POSTERS

Presentation time: 5 minutes

The presentation will be made via PowerPoint or PDF and must be e-mailed to the technical secretariat (jornada@aes.es) before June 5, specifying the poster number provided here.

Posters must meet the following requirements:

• PowerPoint presentation (.ppt or .pptx)
• The slide format must be VERTICAL 90 x 120
• Maximum 1 slide per poster
• Font size at least 24. Smaller font sizes might not display correctly on the screen.
• Arial font (recommended)
• PowerPoint special effects not accepted

We are pleased to announce the publication of the list of accepted abstracts of 35th Health Economics Conference.

» List of accepted abstracts

We are taking this opportunity to remind you (as announced on the AES website) that abstracts will be removed from the programme if their heads of papers/posters fail to register for the conference and/or make payment before 30 April.

The accepted oral papers/posters (whose authors have registered before 30 April) will be presented at tables and sessions from 17 to 19 June. The exact time and date of the presentation of papers and posters will be published along with the definitive programme during the second week of May.

30 January – New abstract submission deadline for the 35th Health Economics Conference
